1. Processing Time:

All orders are handmade and processed whitin 4- 7 business days. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for this item to be shipped from the time your order is placed. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 2 - 3 weeks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Oder Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Diablo Dorado. Jewellery, Art & Design is not responsable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer (tariffs, border taxes, etc.)

5. Damages:  

Diablo Dorado. Jewellery, Art & Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
